Malency is an entrepreneur that has successfully founded two businesses, MCS Analytics and Subtraid. His IT integration and computer programming background assist portfolio companies to implement new tools focused on taking the businesses to new levels.
Prior to founding MCS Analytics, Malency worked at Scotiabank and IBM and is well versed in leveraged finance and transactions.
Ryan Watt, Business Operations
Ryan Watt is a proven CEO with experience leading both entrepreneurial and venture backed companies across multiple industries. Most recently Ryan was the CEO of a FINTECH company, where he transformed the organization by developing a streamlined strategy, signing new partners, and deploying new technology which resulted in the business being acquired with significant upside for all shareholders.
Ryan has held leadership positions in manufacturing, financial services, retail, and software.
